Ground floor has a living room with a plasma TV and VCR, game room bath room laundry room and two bedrooms (one queen and one king) each room with TV. 2nd floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and two bedrooms ( master suite with a king bed and private bathroom and second bedroom with two twin beds) plasma TVs and DVD player. Terrace wraps around the balcony with zoned A/C in every room. Amenities: Back Yard: At the far end of the pool there is a 3 foot deep children's wading area. The spacious deck made of coralina natural stone, gets plenty of sun and shade for all day fun! The jungle around the pool is a great spot for watching the monkeys siesta. The Rancho: Attached to our pool is a covered BBQ area and bar. The bar is fully equipped with a refrigerator and sink, where you can entertain your family and friends. The Rancho also has an outdoor shower and restroom for your convenience, lounging area with benches, stools, and hammocks for plenty of seating. An Entertainers Kitchen: A large beautifully equipped custom kitchen with brand new, top of the line stainless steel appliances. The island and side bar are great for entertaining with easy access and an accessible floor plan. The Living Room: Off the dining room is a wonderful family style living room, complete with two leather club chairs and a sectional. Also for your entertainment needs a 42" plasma television and DVD player. The Terrace This will certainly become your favorite place to watch the monkeys play and to see the beautiful rainforest surrounding the house!
