Maic Salazar has been involved in the real estate market throughout the Southern Zone for over 14 years now. His incredible insight in to the processes involved in owning and building Costa Rica real estate is unmatched.

Maic Salazar was born and raised in the Perez Zeledon area where he remains to this day with his wife and family. For 6 years, Maic and his wife lived in the United States in order to earn money for their families. This is where Maic learned his grasp of the English language. Being Costa Rican and speaking fluent English is always a good combination for earning more in Costa Rica. Maic is also a certified mechanic with generations of mechanics in his family, this was a natural direction for Maic to take.

After a few years of being in the automotive industry, Maic decided a change of profession was in order. After almost completing his Computer Engineering degree at the University of Costa Rica, Maic found real estate. From this day forward Maic began to develop and mature his skills and knowledge of selling real estate in Costa Rica.

Having lived in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica for the majority of his life, Maic has developed a large network of friends and professionals for which he can draw upon when needed. This translates directly to the client, giving them the same resources at their disposal in order to make the right, well informed decision of investing in the Costa Rica property market.
