Originally from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada but now living on the south Pacific coast of Costa Rica, I moved here for many reasons including the medical system, political stability, quality of life and most importantly, the people. I currently live in the mountains over looking the Dominical area. I recently became a new father to my son Skyler and now enjoy the "pura vida" lifestyle with my family. I started Costa Rica Property Site with a particular target market in mind. Most of my competitors in the market of real estate choose to target a particular keyword phrase. Well, me being me I often try to think slightly outside the box and decided to try something unlike my competitors. Thus an idea was born!

Most of my life I've been involved in sales of some sort of another. Before I headed to Costa Rica in 2005, I was well on my way to completing the BCREA (British Columbia Real Estate Association) course to sell real estate in the lower mainland. I abruptly had a change of life plan and now...well now I'm in sunny tropical Costa Rica.

Understanding the many facets of internet marketing and SEO strategies has and will, help me in to the future as I extend my repertoire of skills and venture in to the heavily competitive market of Costa Rica real estate. For me though this is just another life experience that will add to my existing resume of memorable life experiences. Going out and showing property to clients is something that I thoroughly enjoy as I am privileged to be there as my clients discover new things never thought possible in the countries from which they come. Costa Rica is full of exciting and new experiences for those coming here for their first time.
